1. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on downloadable items are final. Once you have downloaded the digital files, you are responsible for printing them yourself; we do not provide printing services for these items. Therefore, digital downloads cannot be refunded or exchanged.
2. Physical Products (Books and Other Items)
If you purchase a physical product, such as a book or other merchandise, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return for a full refund. To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Any packaging, tags, or original materials must be intact.
Please note: Items not in their original condition, with signs of wear, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund or may not be refunded at all.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, you must provide evidence of the defect or damage by taking clear images of the item and documenting the issue. Please send this documentation to us for review at info@fathadesign.com. Once we confirm that the damage was caused by us, we will proceed with the replacement.
5. Return Shipping
For all returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
